Purpose

To strengthen the club’s relationship with the local community and increase participation in football and club activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop community outreach programmes and events.
• Build relationships with schools, local organisations, and community groups.
• Promote inclusion, diversity, and accessibility across the club.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment and community initiatives.
• Support fundraising and community projects.
• Represent the club at community meetings and events.
• Measure and report on community impact and engagement activities.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community development and grassroots football.
• Ability to organise events and activities.
• Experience working with volunteers and community groups (desirable).
• Understanding of safeguarding and equality principles.
